Our website will be available 99.5% of the time, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.

Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance on our website will be conducted during low-traffic periods to minimize impact on users. We will provide at least 48 hours advance notice for any scheduled maintenance expected to make the site unavailable.

Unscheduled Downtime

In the event of unscheduled downtime due to factors outside our control, we will restore website service as quickly as possible. We target resolution of unscheduled downtime incidents within 4 hours.


Our website is optimized to load pages in under 10 seconds on average for users with broadband internet connections. We continuously monitor performance and make enhancements to ensure a responsive experience.


We follow industry best practices for website security and perform regular scans and testing to identify and address any vulnerabilities. In the event of a security breach, we will notify affected users within 24 hours.
